Do I need to train my own AI model?

What is RAG, and why does it matter?
RAG, short for retrieval augmented generation, lets an AI look up relevant material from your own data before it answers. It helps answers stay accurate and current, because you update your data instead of retraining a model, and it lets the AI show where an answer came from.
How do you stop AI giving wrong answers?
We ground the AI in your data, set rules for what it may and may not say, test it against a fixed set of real and tricky questions, add a clear handover to a person, and review real conversations after launch. No AI is perfect, so we also keep monitoring it over time.
Is my data safe?
