Select auto cancel order date
This Extenstion can be managed via Stores → Configuration → WEBBYTROOPS → Auto Cancel. Use the Enable option to activate or deactivate the extension, specify the number of days in Consider Cancellation After to determine when automatic cancellations should be applied, and select the relevant Order Status Option to define which orders are eligible for automatic cancellation.
Select Pyament methods and duration
This means that the auto-cancel feature will only apply to orders placed using the payment methods you select. You can also specify a duration, which defines the time period after which eligible orders (based on the chosen payment methods) will be automatically cancelled.
Notify Admin for order cancel and email configuration
The extension can be configured to notify the admin whenever an order is automatically cancelled. You can set up the email settings to ensure that the admin receives a notification, including details of the cancelled order, directly to the configured email address.
Auto cancel order listing
When Auto Cancel History is enabled by the admin, they can view cancelled orders by navigating to Sales → Auto Cancel Order History. The grid will display all orders that were automatically cancelled, providing an easy way to track and manage cancellation history.
Description
Using Auto cancel order extension admin will be able to cancel the orders which are not useful or not required, like order statuses with suspect-fraud, hold and pending from long time can be the orders he wants to cancelled automatically. Admin just need to make some simple configuration as per his/her requirements. Admin can select whether he wants to receive order cancellation emails or not Admin can run the cron manually from configuration as well.
How It Will Be Useful:
Sometimes admin have lots of unnecessary orders which never will be fulfilled. At the this time this module can be very useful as with simple configuration admin can cancel those orders
