• Requirements: To be eligible for a refund, all copies of the relevant WebbyTroops software must be removed from every system prior to submitting your request and the product must have been obtained from our website.

• Non-Refundable Services: Services including Installation Service, Custom Development Service, and any other custom services provided by WebbyTroops are not refundable once the service has been successfully delivered.

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of receiving your request. You will receive a notification via email once your refund is completed.
